Core and More Fitness

Core and More Fitness is a fitness studio located at 12567 W. Cedar Dr, Ste 10 in Lakewood, CO, 80228. Core and More Fitness is owned and operated by Amanda Boroughs who is certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. Amanda has been in the fitness industry for the past 19 years as a fitness professional in corporate, club and home environments. She has worked with Bally Total Fitness, The Bailey Company, Coors Brewing Company, and the City of Lakewood as a fitness professional.

Ms. Boroughs has realized her long time dream of establishing her own fitness studio when she opened Core and More Fitness in October, 2007. Her goal is to educate clients about the importance of wellness on a mental and physical level. Core and More Fitness offers exercise programs designed to fit the individual capabilities, goals, needs, and lifestyles of each and every client.

In order to reach and assist as many people as possible, Core and More Fitness offers affordable training through fun, cost effective group workout sessions. Groups range from Youth Fitness groups to Senior Fitness groups and everyone in between. In addition, Core and More Fitness offers private and “train with a friend” sessions at very affordable rates.
