Contractors

The following is a list of great contractor’s who I would recommend:

• Jody Witt, email Jody or 720-323-5232.  Jody finished my basement and has done several small projects for me on my rental houses.  He has also finished several basements for our friends and everyone is extremely happy.  call Jody today for any small to large project.
• Doug Pollock, email Doug or 303-906-2012.  Doug is a real estate investor with a full service rehab crew.  He has done several small to large projects.  Doug is a great, trusted friend and will do a great job for you.
• Daryl Anderson, 303-710-3680.  Daryl is a life savor when it comes to any construction need.  He can do anything you need inside or out.  He did all the major work on my rehab properties.  He will always do the right thing and NEVER skimp on product or any service he provides you.  Daryl has done many major remodels for other friends of ours.
• Justin Mack, 303-901-2311.  Justin is the only door and window guy you will ever want to call.  But, wait…he can do almost anything you want him to do.  Justin worked with Daryl Anderson on my rehabs.  He is also a great cabinet guy.  I give Justin a call anytime I need quick turnaround and he is always there for me. 
• Art and Bud Henneck.  303-986-4996.  These guys are the best painters I know.  They have painted several times for us inside and out.  They will also do minor repairs prior to painting if needed.
